A: After a steam cleaning procedure we offer our air movers that will quicken the drying process, but generally it takes about 2-3 hours for your carpet to be completely dry after a procedure like that.
A: Curtains take little less time than upholstery, carpets and rugs. Because of their positioning and the thickness of the drapery, they should be dried in 1-2 hours. We leave them relatively wet so they can straighten any wrinkles that might have occurred during the cleaning process. It's all safe and fungus free.
A: All techniques and detergents we use are eco-friendly and are bio-degradable, making them safe for use around children, pets, plants and any other living thing. You won't have to worry about a thing.
A: We require that at least one representative of the household is present so they can verify that the cleaning has been done properly. We can arrange key drop offs in certain cases, however, so give us a call and ask.
